FREE - Nature Walk and Photograph - May 25
Join me on a free nature walk and photography outing in Durango. This is a 3-hour mini session in photography. It is a small group with a maximum of up to 6 participants.
May is a great month for exploring new foliage and overflowing waterfalls. The session starts at 8am and return at approximately 11am. We will meet at the LaPlata County fairground parking lot on the West side of the baseball field, near the restrooms at 8am. We must carpool to the trailhead as there is limited parking. Snacks and drinks are included. Bring your DSLR or mirrorless camera, lenses, and a sturdy tripod.
This session requires an attendee to be able to walk 2 miles on a fairly easy path and ascend/descend a slightly tricky route to the bottom of the waterfall. I will keep an eye on the weather and cancel/reschedule if I feel it could be a safety concern.
Great for all photography abilities. Don’t hesitate to email me at shandaakin@yahoo.com if you have any questions.
